The City of Kawartha Lakes has authorized internet and telephone voting for its 2026 municipal election under By-law No. 2025-136, passed November 18, 2025. The Clerk's procedures identify Simply Voting Inc. as the voting system provider. The City has stated paper ballots will not be available.
